We are not a brand launched last month on top of a reseller package. The lowpings.ro domain has been registered since October 2017 and has hosted websites without interruption ever since. Our server administration experience starts two years earlier, in 2015. The company was incorporated in 2025 — we say that too, not just the first part.

Each of them leaves a concrete trace on another page. If you find a contradiction, tell us — we'll fix it.
We don't sell you what you don't need
Our Magento page says in black and white that your shop needs a VPS, not shared hosting — even though shared is cheaper for you and more profitable for us at volume. Our SSL page says you probably don't need a paid certificate. We prefer a customer who stays to one who moves away after three months.
Numbers come with a source, or they don't appear
We publish 99.98% uptime and a 1 Gbps network. We don't publish DDoS filtering capacity in terabits, we have no reviews on the site and we don't show a customer count — because none of those can be verified by you.
The person who answers is the person who runs the servers
There is no tier-one support reading from a script. When you write to us, you get the person with access to the server. That's also the limit: we are few, so a sales question at three in the morning waits until morning.
Your data stays yours
Full cPanel access, backups you can download yourself, database export at any time. If you leave, you take everything with you without asking permission and without waiting on a ticket. Hosting you can't get out of isn't a service, it's a trap.

Hosting is the core. Building websites runs under the same name, but it's a separate service — you don't have to buy it for us to host you.
What we don't do
We don't sell sustained transit above one gigabit, we don't run dedicated servers with penalty-backed SLAs, and we don't take on infrastructure that needs a permanent on-call team. If that's what you need, tell us and we'll point you to who to look at.
Migration is our job
We move the files and the database from your current host, test on a temporary domain and switch DNS only after you confirm everything looks right. No planned downtime window.

You're a company from 2025. Why do you say “since 2017”?
Because both are true and they describe different things. The company — the legal entity, the tax ID, the trade register entry — was registered in 2025. The hosting business has been running on lowpings.ro since October 2017, which is visible in the public whois record. We say both, in the same sentence, exactly like here.
Does it matter to me that the company is new?
It might. If your procurement process requires several years of financial statements or a long financial track record, our file won't pass — and it's better to find out now. If what you care about is who answers when something breaks, the age of the company tells you nothing about that.
How many people are you?
Few. We don't give a number rounded upwards, as is customary. The practical consequence for you is that you always talk to the same person and no context gets lost between tickets.
Where are the servers?
In Romania. For visitors from Romania that means the shortest route to the server, and for you it means your data stays under Romanian (EU) jurisdiction.
What is LowPings Webdesign?
It's the same project, the website-building side. If you need a website as well, not just hosting, you deal with both in the same place. If you already have a website, the hosting works just as well without it.
Why are there no reviews on your site?
Because we have no real reviews published, and we don't want made-up ones. Fabricated rating markup earns a manual penalty from Google, but the main reason is simpler: if we lied somewhere you could easily catch us, why would you believe the rest of the page?
